Kelsey is attending Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, Georgia as a PhD student in Ocean Science & Engineering. She is conducting research in a current project in Savannah, Georgia in Sea Level Rise sensors with faculty mentors Dr. Kim Cobb and Dr. Emanuele Di Lorenzo. She graduated from her B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Central Florida in Orlando, Florida. Additionally, she has experience in an engineering firm working as a Drainage Designer since February 2020 where she has developed proficiency in CADD programs like OpenRoads Designer and Microstation as well as acquired skills in spread calculations, pond siting reports and storm drain design.
